Tom Hughes

Tom Hughes has over 30 years of experience in human systems and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the Human Systems Division at DCS Corp since September 2007. Previously, Tom held positions as Technical Manager at General Dynamics AIS and Program Manager at both Veridian Engineering and Veda Incorporated. Tom began a career in engineering as a Senior Human Factors Engineer with the United States Air Force, Aeronautical Systems Center. Academic achievements include a PhD in Cognitive Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MS in Psychology from Wright State University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
