Wayne Demill

Wayne DeMill is an experienced engineering and management professional currently serving as the APS Branch Manager at DCS Corp since January 2025, overseeing the Active Protection Systems Branch within the Ground Vehicle Systems group. Previously, Wayne held the role of Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. from April 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of 20 engineers and driving significant improvements in product development timelines and quality management systems. Prior to this, Wayne worked at Moog, Inc. as Director of Engineering and Engineering Supervisor, focusing on flight control actuation and improving team dynamics. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at HGM Medical Lasers, where Wayne contributed to the development of innovative surgical laser products. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Engineering (Mechanical) from Brigham Young University.
