William Ginley

William Ginley is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in chemical biological defense and computer engineering. Since September 2016, William has served as Operations Manager II at DCS Corp, overseeing the Chemical Biological Defense Department. Prior to this role, William spent over 25 years in the US Army, where responsibilities included serving as a Computer Engineer and as Branch Chief for NBC Battlefield Integration, leading a team in the development and deployment of advanced detection and situational awareness systems. William holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 1979 and 1984.
