Della Parson

Della Parson has over two decades of experience in education, specializing in business and work-based learning. Currently serving as a Work-Based Learning Instructor at DCSS since August 2006, Della Parson is responsible for evaluating Work-Based Learning sites and managing teams to enhance student training and career opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Education Teacher at DCSS and Fairfax County Public Schools, where Della Parson developed innovative curricula and monitored student progress. Additionally, experience as an instructor at Asher School of Business involved curriculum development and assessing student learning outcomes. Della Parson holds a Master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Computer Information Systems from Norfolk State University.
