Arwin Nimis

Arwin Nimis serves as the Voorzitter College van Bestuur at DCTerra since January 2024, leading a collaborative educational initiative between Terra and Drenthe College. Additionally, Nimis is a member of the Raad van Toezicht at NNCZ, promoting independent living and participation for individuals in need of care. Involved with the Economic Board Noord-Nederland since August 2021, Nimis assists in fostering cooperation among education, business, and government in the northern provinces. Previous roles include the chairmanship at Drenthe College and significant positions within the Vereniging Hogescholen and Hanzehogeschool Groningen, where Nimis's leadership in health studies and communication has been pivotal in achieving top rankings for programs. Nimis’s career also encompasses various governance roles in housing organizations and communication leadership in higher education institutions, complemented by advanced studies in public administration and leadership.
