Chris Gray

Chris Gray serves as a Non Executive Director at DCV Global Recruitment since May 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of Sales & Marketing Director for the UK at ManpowerGroup from February 2018 to May 2024, contributing to group growth strategy, sales governance, and major client retention. As Managing Director for GRAPHIC MANAGEMENT LIMITED from October 1992 to April 2024, Chris provided strategic oversight and guided a joint venture to enhance business growth. Additional roles include Advisory Council Member for the CBI, Brand Leader and Managing Director at Manpower UK, and various leadership positions within the ManpowerGroup network. Chris holds a 1st Class BSc Honours degree in Product Engineering and Management from Middlesex University.
