Femke Koster

Femke Koster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social development and policy management. Currently serving as Directeur at DCW since September 2012, Femke leads the social development company in Enschede. Additionally, Femke is a member of the verantwoordingsorgaan of Pensioenfonds Werk en (Re)Integratie since January 2022, representing employers. With a long-standing role at Gemeente Enschede since 2006, Femke has held various leadership positions, including Clustermanager DCW, managing reintegration and participation activities, and contributing to strategic and operational policy within the realm of employment and welfare. Femke has an academic background that includes an MBA in Public Governance from Nyenrode Business University and a degree in Policy Science-Planning from Radboud University, alongside various additional leadership and advisory training programs.
