Greg Burrows

Greg Burrows has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Greg has worked as a Freelance Digital Medical Promotions/Advertising Editor and Senior Medical Editor at DDB Health since 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Freelance Medical Editor at CDM, where they worked on projects for Pfizer's products. Since 2008, Greg has also been providing editorial consulting services as a Freelance Medical Editor and Proofreader for pharmaceutical companies and media relations firms.

Before their career in medical editing, Greg held various roles in the music industry. Greg worked as a Workshop Leader for a rhythm workshop at Ta Ke Ti Na, providing executives in IT leadership positions with an opportunity to experience rhythm in a low-pressure environment. Greg was also a drummer and vocalist for Peter Salamon Orchestras and Bob Larro Orchestras & Entertainment, performing live music and background jazz at prestigious establishments in New York City. Additionally, Greg has been a musician (drums, percussion, voice) since 1981, performing locally and internationally.

In 2014, Greg joined BOK-Music as a DJ/MC and Assistant DJ, and was later promoted to co-DJ. Greg also served as a Latin Percussionist and vocalist for Chicha Libre and performed as a percussionist with Andy Statman.

Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music from Purchase College, SUNY, from 1984 to 1988. In 1982 to 1983, they also attended the Drummer's Collective, although the degree or field of study is not specified.
