Susie Walker

Susie Walker serves as the Global Chief Creative Operations Officer and Creative Chief of Staff at DDB since July 2022. Prior to this role, Susie held various positions at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity from December 2012 to July 2022, culminating as VP Awards & Insight, where responsibilities included leading the Awards team and enhancing the Awards customer experience. Before Cannes Lions, Susie was the Industry Partnerships Manager at the University of the Arts London, focusing on strategic partnerships for creative graduates. Additional experience includes roles at the British Film Institute and Shakespeare's Globe, where Susie curated public programmes and managed educational events, respectively. Susie holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
