Nick Lam

Nick Lam has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Nick began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where they were responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of several departments as well as the overall success of the store in the store manager’s absence. In 2003, they joined YML Group Inc. as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for fostering new accounts through networking, cold calling, and associate events. In 2005, they were promoted to Assistant Sales Manager at YML Group Inc., where they oversaw national sales and established sales plans to meet or exceed specific targets for profitable revenue growth. In 2010, they became the E-Commerce Sales Manager/ Co-Founder at Junnic, where they were responsible for day to day operations and P&L, developed sales plans and strategies to increase online revenue, and built and maintained strong relationships with vendors and distributors. Finally, in 2015, they joined DDBill Technology Inc. as Sales & Operations Manager, where they oversaw the sales department's day to day operations, worked cross-functionally with marketing and IT departments, and identified potential business partners.

Nick Lam received their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from St. Cloud State University between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Chung Hua High School (Klang). Nick does not have any additional certifications.
