Initially a head-hunter with 15 years’ experience of working with digital clients within the corporate world, sitting on the board of a medium sized international head-hunter, Jerry left this environment in 2013. Seeing the significant digital innovations being delivered in the start-up world he formed D&DC to deliver talent and other connections to this world. To learn the ropes and walk in the shoes of true entrepreneurs Jerry mentors @TechStars & Start-up Next, judges @MassChallenge and helps @LondonInnovators. This enables him to work a lot with pre series A companies with talent & connection challenges, helping them through series A and beyond.
