Brandy Rodine

Brandy Rodine has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in risk and compliance, operational reviews, and strategic problem-solving. Currently, they serve as a Senior Risk Specialist at DD&F Consulting Group while also building a coaching practice focused on self-leadership and personal transformation. Previously, Brandy held various positions at Bell Bank, including Personal Banker and Compliance Officer, and served as SVP Administrative Officer at Western State Bank. They are pursuing further education at both the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and Minnesota State University, Moorhead, where they are studying for a Bachelor of Science degree.
