Currently working at DDG since September 2015 in Development, MacDonald previously held multiple analyst and associate positions at J.P. Morgan, focusing on global business transformation, strategy and process improvement, and human resources within the investment banking sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University. MacDonald’s early career included an internship at Macy's Merchandising Group focusing on talent and recruitment.
