Allen Weinandy

Allen Weinandy serves as the Director of Operations at DDGrid LLC since August 2025. Prior to this role, Allen held multiple positions at Kent Power from August 2022 to August 2025, including NWO-SCP Program Manager and Constructability Manager. Allen's extensive career in the electrical and construction industries includes significant roles at American Electric Power, where responsibilities included Transmission Construction Superintendent and various representative positions from February 2014 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Substation Foreman and Apprentice at Vaughn Industries LLC from June 2000 to February 2014, and starting as a Construction Laborer at Geoff Clouse Builders from May 1998 to June 2000. Allen's educational background features a Certificate in Construction Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology and additional certificates from Northwest Lineman College and Vanguard Sentinel Career Center, complementing a solid foundation established at New Riegel High School.
