Gaurav Devkate

Gaurav Devkate is a Mechanical Design Engineer currently employed at DDM since November 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Panhwar Jet Inc, where responsibilities involved designing and testing self-charging electric drivetrain technology for aircraft, and manufacturing parts using CNC machining and various 3D printers. At RIECO Industries Limited, Gaurav contributed to engineering design, drafting, and the planning of manufacturing and assembly for mechanical systems. As a Research Assistant at NBN Sinhgad Technical Institutes Campus, Gaurav developed a solar still device for water desalination, while an internship at Volkswagen India provided hands-on experience with engine systems. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
