Concurrently, Son Tu has been with DataDirect Networks since April 2012 as Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Support & Operations, leading a global team that delivers technical support in High Performance Computing (HPC) and manages various operational functions. Prior roles include Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Support at Pillar Data Systems and a Senior Director position at both Netscape/AOL and Sun Microsystems Inc.
