Carolina Campillo is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user support, team leadership, and system reliability engineering. Currently serving as the End User Compute (EUC) Team Lead at DDS IT since November 2020, Carolina provides comprehensive IT support for digital services and associated hardware to internal users in New Zealand, while also managing system changes and tool deployments. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Specialist for AON, a Service Desk Specialist Intern at Amplifon, and IT Specialist at Altavista Editores, where Carolina developed and managed IT departments and provided multi-level technical support. Additional experience at Microsoft involved supporting information security and education programs. Carolina holds a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad EAFIT and has furthered education at the Auckland Institute of Studies.
