Raymond Gallacher

Raymond Gallacher is an experienced IT professional with a background in service desk and field services roles. Most recently, Raymond worked as a Field Services Engineer and Service Desk Engineer for DDS IT in December 2022. Prior to that, Raymond served as a Service Desk Analyst at Revera from December 2017 to September 2020, providing Level 1 and 2 remote support for Windows XP and Windows 10 end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various devices, managing user account issues with Active Directory, and supporting Microsoft Exchange and Skype users. Raymond holds a degree in Information Technology from Stevenson College Edinburgh, completed between 2001 and 2004.
