DDSO exists to enrich the quality of life for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities by fostering individual growth, creativity, and community involvement through innovative strategies and artistic expression.

DDSO envisions a world where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live healthier and enriched lives, and are nurtured by caring and supportive communities that minimize and eliminate barriers.

The Support Services Team at DDSO is dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through personalized support, advocacy, and community engagement, team members—including Direct Support Professionals and Self-direction Brokers—focus on fostering individual growth and promoting artistic expression. They work to ensure clients have access to safe and enriching environments, facilitating meaningful social connections while championing each person's unique potential within the community.
