Dirk Frederickx

Dirk Frederickx is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Manager of Core IT Systems at De Lijn since February 2023. Previously, Dirk held multiple significant roles at Atos from November 2011 to November 2022, including Head of Customer Operations for the Resource and Services Industry across Benelux, the Nordics, and Russia, along with roles as Market Lead for the TECH MRT sector and Account Delivery Executive for both FS/MRT and AMS in the BELUX region. Dirk's earlier experience includes positions as Deputy CIO and Director of IT Development at Telenet NV, where responsibilities encompassed demand management, IT governance, and development activities across various domains. Prior to that, Dirk was a Competence Manager at Alcatel, overseeing the development of core networking technologies. Dirk holds educational qualifications from the University of Antwerp and Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen.
