Kai Keane has a long history of working in various roles in the tech industry. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Disclo, a software for employers to collect, verify, and manage health disclosures and employee accommodation requests. From 2018-2016, they were the Co-Founder of Chronically Capable, De Lune Inc, and Agnes.io. In 2015, they were an Entrepreneur at Promantus Inc. In 2014, they were a Designer at the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council. From 2011-2012, they were the Director of Sustainable Neighborhoods Nicaragua and Multimedia Designer at Cornell NYC Tech. Finally, in 2009, they were a Videographer and Motion Graphics at Photosynthesis Productions.

Kai Keane attended Cornell University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
