Andreas Kroell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andreas is currently the Chief Executive Officer at De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM), an international decentralized water and waste-water treatment business. Prior to their current role, Andreas worked as a Director and Partner at New Asia Investments, a Singapore-based Venture Capital fund. Andreas began their career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in September 2000, where they worked until September 2002.

Andreas Kroell attended the Goethe University Frankfurt from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaft. Prior to their time at Goethe University Frankfurt, they briefly attended Northern Arizona University in 1995-1996, without completing a specific degree or field of study.
