Kees Bouter

Kees Bouter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in audit and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Adviser in Finance and Accounting Policies at De Nederlandsche Bank since November 2015, Kees also manages financial audit projects and internal audits related to the European System of Central Banks. Prior to this, Kees worked as a Financial Controller at Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V. for three years and held various managerial positions in audit and assurance at EY, where Kees specialized in the Financial Services sector, including a significant exchange assignment in Moscow. Kees holds a Post-Master Accountancy degree and a Master of Science in Accounting and Control, both from the University of Amsterdam.
