De Ridder BV was founded in 1975, and became part of the Bunzl Group in 2014. We are leading supplier of products intended for use in the detainee market for over 25 years. This includes arrestees, prisoners, asylum seekers and psychiatric patients who are staying in a detention facility. In addition, De Ridder BV produces and supplies cold chain solutions worldwide, under the Coolpack name. In 2021, we acquired the UK-based cold chain specialist Hydropac. 

We are continuously working on innovating our products, in order to ensure safe environments for detainees, clients, patients and employees in heathcare and closed institutions. And also to improve temperature stability of precious cargo during storage and transport. With our production facility on-site, we are flexible and can adapt quickly.
