Tom Strozyk has extensive experience in project management and consulting within the offshore wind and construction sectors. Between May 2003 and April 2012, Tom worked as a Senior Project Manager in freelance capacities, focusing on offshore and onshore projects in Spezialtiefbau. From May 2012 to September 2021, Tom served in various roles at WindManShip GmbH, including Project Management for offshore wind foundation design and contract claims, ultimately becoming Head of Projects. Tom also held the position of Technical Manager for the Globaltechone offshore wind park from January 2010 to January 2014. Currently, Tom is a Consultant at De Romein Group and holds several interim management roles, including Baumanager at TransnetBW GmbH and Interim-Managementberater at Tripoint Hamburg, demonstrating a strong focus on claim and contract management as well as high-voltage cabling projects.
