Tyler Thompson

Tyler Thompson is an accomplished animation director and creative professional with extensive experience in both independent and collaborative projects. As a self-employed animation director, Tyler wrote, directed, and animated the award-winning short film "Starlight," which received accolades at over 25 international festivals. In roles such as Lead Visual Development Artist at Warner Bros. and Senior Producer at IV Studio, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in visual development, character design, and animation production across various platforms, including 2D cel, motion graphics, and live-action hybrids. Tyler's creative leadership has spanned numerous clients, including industry leaders like Sony Pictures and Warner Bros., while also developing original animated series and innovative visual styles for new projects. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Arts and Animation from the University of Southern California.
