John Clouse

John Clouse is currently the EVP & General Manager of Sacramento, Pleasanton at Deacon Corp. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations for R.A.S. Builders, Inc. from January 1996 to July 2004. In this role, they were responsible for securing office space for a Sacramento satellite office, interviewing and hiring project managers, an office manager, project coordinators and superintendents. John also directed operation of the Regional Office for Northern California and the satellite office in Sacramento. This required oversight of all project managers, superintendents and office personnel, reviewing and approving cost reports, proposals, presentations and contracts, conducing contract negotiations, overseeing all field operations, schedules, budgets and quality control. John was also responsible for yearly employee evaluations.

From July 1994 to January 1996, John Clouse served as a Project Superintendent for Robert E. Bayley, Inc. Before that, they were a Project Superintendent for Nuhahn, Inc. from July 1985 to July 1994. In 1981, they became an Owner / Partner of Owen & Clouse until 1985 when they transitioned to being a Carpenter / Foreman for Ernest W Hahn, Inc.
