With unwavering positivity and a quiet determination, Casey Peetz (she/her) harnesses her authentic leadership style to power effective, mission-driven organizations. Equally adept at digging deep into nitty-gritty details and surfacing big-picture ideas, Casey leads human resources, operations, and administrative efforts that support high-impact program outcomes for some of St. Louis’s most vulnerable residents.

In December 2021, Casey joined the Deaconess Foundation as executive assistant to the president and CEO and also supports seamless operations as the grant-making organization’s office manager.

Casey earned her bachelor’s degree in biological science and classical humanities from the University of Missouri. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
