Jacob Salem

Jacob Salem is an experienced entrepreneur and policy consultant specializing in legislative affairs, public administration, and business strategies. They served as Program Director at Hillel at Gallaudet University from 2016 to 2021 and as Public Policy Manager at the Maryland Governor's Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing during the same period. Currently, Jacob is the Managing Partner at Caption Anywhere, LLC and the Senior Policy Manager at Deaf Equality, while having previously held positions as the Reasonable Accommodations Coordinator and Disability Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Defense and as the State Legislative Affairs Manager at the National Association of the Deaf. Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Entrepreneurship, and Writing & Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida and a Master's in Public Administration from Gallaudet University.
