At Deafinitely Supportive, we provide professional, friendly and personalised support to Deaf individuals and their families across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire.
Our team of BSL Level 3 qualified professionals are DBS checked and committed to continually developing their communication skills. Every client is carefully assessed so we can create a tailored support plan that encourages independence, confidence and community involvement. Whether it is education, social activities or everyday support, we are here to help people achieve their goals.
Deafinitely Supportive was founded by Susana Micieli, inspired by her own experience as a parent to two Deaf children, one of whom is also autistic. After working in the sector and seeing the lack of compassionate, person centred care, Susana set out to create a service built on understanding, respect and genuine support.
We recognise that everyone’s needs are different and we take confidentiality and safeguarding extremely seriously. Our focus is always on providing safe, empowering support that helps people grow and thrive.
