Jeffrey Potts is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in technical support and music. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Support Specialist at Deako Lighting since March 2022, Jeffrey provides product support and testing for innovative lighting products. Prior experience includes roles as a Music Teacher at Red Pelican Music, Customer Support Training Specialist and Customer Support at Media Temple, where responsibilities included training new hires and assisting customers with server-related queries. Jeffrey is also an accomplished guitarist, having performed with Warbringer and Mantic Ritual, contributing to notable recordings and tours across the globe.
