Patrick Erley

Patrick Erley is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in firmware and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Deako Smart Lighting since January 2020, Patrick previously held positions at Google from November 2016 to January 2020, contributing as both a Software Engineer and a Senior Software Engineer on the Project Fuchsia Media Stack. Prior to that, Patrick's tenure at Cyanogen from May 2015 to July 2016 focused on kernel and native systems for Android platforms, specializing in SELinux and Android PowerHal. An independent contractor at Helical Robotics from December 2012 to April 2015, Patrick designed control systems for robotic platforms and implemented various network solutions. Earlier career experiences include managing a small PC repair business and serving as IT Manager at The Chassis Shop, overseeing the transition to SAP Business One.
