Scott Vertrees serves as the Executive Chairman of Deako Lighting, where innovative technology solutions are transforming home lighting. As a co-founder and Managing Member of Javergo Partners LLC and Kinetic VC LLC, Scott is involved in advisory services and investment funding. Previously, Scott held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Heal, successfully restructuring the company into a leading tech-enabled primary care organization. With a rich background in finance, Scott has led several firms, including EasyPay Finance and eCommission Financial Services, achieving successful exits. Additionally, Scott has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization since 1995, and holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston, along with a Certified Public Accountant designation.
