Timothy Stapleton is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and coaching. As a Co-Founder of Elementary Buddies from December 2018 to March 2020, Timothy initiated a program that engaged over 25 high school students in mentoring elementary school students. Following this, Timothy served as the Head Wrestling Coach at Waconia Wrestling Club from March 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading practices and coaching athletes at tournaments. Currently, Timothy is a Leadership Development Program Account Associate at Dealer Teamwork LLC since September 2025. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2023, and is pursuing a Master of Education in Sports Management at the same institution, scheduled for completion in 2025. A graduate of Waconia High School, Timothy earned a High School Diploma in 2020.
