David Sweet

David Sweet is currently serving as a Business Development Manager at DealerOps since August 2024, leveraging extensive experience in dealership management and DMS operations to enhance dealership performance. Previously, David held various positions at FM AUTO SALES from March 2005 to May 2009, including F&I Manager and General Manager, overseeing comprehensive dealership operations. From June 2009 to September 2014, David worked at Phillips Manufacturing Co. in Inside and Outside Sales, where skills in phone selling and client relationship management were developed. As a Regional Sales Manager at Autosoft DMS from April 2015 to August 2024, David contributed to dealer success across the US and played a key role in team training and motivation. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Marketing from Youngstown State University.
