Steven Dresner

Steven Dresner is a seasoned executive with experience in the financial services and technology industries. Steven began their career in 2002 as the Founder and CEO of DealFlow Media, which was acquired by TheStreet Inc. in 2008. Steven then founded PrivateRaise, which was also acquired by TheStreet in 2008. In 2006, Steven became the Managing Member of Strategic Alliance Fund LLC, a private investment company. In 2013, they founded DealFlow Analytics, a software company focused on making equity capital markets more efficient. Most recently, in 2018, Steven became the Co-Founder and CEO of Walk-in Dermatology.

Steven Dresner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The George Washington University between 1988 and 1992. Steven then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Pace University - Lubin School of Business between 1993 and 1995. In 1996, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Additionally, Steven Dresner has obtained a Series 82 certification from FINRA in April 2021, a NAUI Recreational SCUBA certification from the National Association of Underwater Instructors, and a Private Pilot - Single Engine Land & Tailwheel Endorsement certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
