Pete Hempshall

Pete Hempshall is the current Chief Executive Officer at Deallus. Pete has over fifteen years of experience in the life sciences industry, including management consulting, market research, and commercial operations.

Pete began their career as a Senior Consultant at IMS Consulting, where they worked for five years before moving to Heron Evidence Development. At Heron, Pete served as Chief Operations Officer for five years before being recruited by PAREXEL in 2013. At PAREXEL, Pete served as Vice President for four years before being recruited by Decision Resources Group in 2017. Pete served as Executive Vice President at Decision Resources Group for two years before being recruited by Deallus in 2019.

Pete Hempshall has a Master of Engineering degree in Medical Systems Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
