Hersh Tilva

Hersh Tilva has extensive experience in product management and operations. Hersh is currently working at Dealpath as a Product Manager, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at EvolutionIQ from September 2021 to January 2023, also as a Product Manager. From December 2014 to September 2021, Hersh served as the Head of Product Management at Reflik, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as translating business problems into priorities and balancing customer needs with corporate objectives. Before Reflik, Inc., Hersh worked at MD On-Line as the Director of Product Management & Operations from September 2012 to December 2014, where they led product management, software development, and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Intivia as the Manager of Product Management & Operations from May 2006 to September 2012, playing a critical role in the transformation of the company's IT model and transitioning it into a product-based company. Hersh Tilva completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from V.V.P. Engineering College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued higher education at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Product Management, and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2019.
