Leslie Bonca

Leslie Bonca has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Leslie began their career in 2012 as an Executive Assistant at Strip House Steakhouse. In 2013, they took on an Administrative Assistant role at LIVE LOVE SPA, while also working as a Lounge Server at Montage Hotels & Resorts. Leslie then moved to Katsuya By Starck in 2016, where they served as Assistant General Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Assistant General Manager at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, and also took on the role of General Manager and Assistant General Manager at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality. In 2020, they moved to SALIDO as Senior Implementation Manager, and is currently working as Implementation Manager at Dealpath.

Leslie Bonca obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2005 and 2009. In 2013 and 2014, they completed the Court Master Sommeliers- First Level Sommelier program.
