Matthew Carrigan has a wealth of experience in content writing and marketing. Matthew started their career in 2015 as a Content Writer for the Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development, where they created content to deliver a narrative of student success through encouraging career preparation and early exposure to professional environments. In 2016, they took on the role of Communications Assistant at the Office of Media and Public Relations, where they wrote creative content to engage with current and prospective students, faculty, staff and alumni. Matthew also provided content for university social media accounts to reflect the positive attributes of the student experience. Also in 2016, Matthew worked as a Marketing Communications Generalist (Temporary) at Telephonics, where they coordinated clear and informative internal communications with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization. In 2017, Matthew became an SEO Content Writer at Logic Web Media, where they collaborated with the digital marketing team to improve web presence for small business clientele through ideating and implementing results-oriented and brand-specific SEO campaigns.
