Only 8% of private market investors have successfully deployed AI — and Gartner finds roughly half of all pilots fail before go-live.

For firms working to modernize, the challenge is twofold: the vendor landscape is still maturing, and most firms lack a proven approach to navigate it.

Dealstitch is a technology consultancy built exclusively for private market investors. We lead with GenAI — helping GPs and LPs move past questionable pilots and vendor hype to implement AI that actually gets adopted. But our scope extends across the full technology and operational landscape: vendor evaluation, data infrastructure, systems integration, workflow design, and team enablement.

Our team is led by veteran private market technologists who spent years building and delivering software and data products for 500+ GPs and LPs across every major asset class. We've mapped 50+ investment workstreams — from deal sourcing and diligence to portfolio monitoring, fund accounting, reporting, and analytics — so we understand the full lifecycle, not just the AI layer on top of it.

What we do:
• AI Strategy & Implementation — Identify high-impact opportunities and build actionable roadmaps.
• Technology & Vendor Evaluation — Assess AI-native tools and traditional systems with technical rigor.
• Systems & Data Integration — Connect tools to workflows, improve data quality, and modernize ops.
• Team Training & Adoption — Hands-on enablement tailored to how your firm operates.
• LP Readiness & DDQs — Compelling responses that position you as a forward-thinking operator.
• Custom Development — Build AI-native, systems, or data capabilities tailored to your firm's needs.
