Dean Farming is a progressive, family-owned agribusiness based on the Lincoln Heath, just south of Lincoln. Our family has farmed the same land for over a century, building a reputation for trust, responsibility, and innovation. This heritage underpins everything we do - from sustainable soil management to the long-term partnerships we build with neighbouring farmers.

Formed in 2019 through the merger of Patrick Dean Ltd and Aubourn Farming , Dean Farming now manages over 8,000 acres. Bringing these two businesses together strengthened our position as a leading provider of tailored contract farming services, combining traditional values with modern machinery, data-led decision-making and sustainable practices.

We care for every acre we farm as if it were our own, delivering a whole farm solution that maximises returns while taking a long-term approach to soil health. With expertise across a wide range of land and soil types, Dean Farming offers the scale, skill, and forward-thinking approach required to meet the demands of modern agriculture.

Our team understand the unique requirements of each farm, managing day-to-day operations while providing clear, comprehensive and transparent updates to our clients.

Proud of our past and invested in the future, Dean Farming continues to grow as a modern, resilient, and innovative agribusiness. Yet, despite our ambition, we remain a small business at heart, retaining a personal approach and remaining firmly connected to our family-farm roots.
