The Dean Park Hotel is a well-established hotel which has been successfully serving the local community for over 42 years.

In the Summer of 2019 local business owners Colin and Margaret Smart purchased the 47-bed hotel and the transformation began. Colin's years of experience in construction and Margaret’s eye for interior design have resulted in what you see today. A truly stunning venue which makes your visit one to remember, whatever the occasion.

The contemporary and stylish interior brings a bit sparkle to Kirkcaldy along with the fantastic food and cocktail that our talented team will prepare for you. 

With 47 fully refurbished bedrooms in the hotel and our large events space makes us a great place to hold meeting, presentation and celebrations alike.
