Eileen Scott

Eileen Scott has held a number of roles in the past, beginning in 1986 with Manager of Operations at Fanny's Restaurant. In 1992, they became President/Treasurer/Committee Chair for St. Jerome Elementary School PTU. In 2002, they joined Benedictine High School as a Benet Society Charter Member, responsible for event planning, community relations, and fundraising for the endowment fund. In 2008, they became Manager at The Euclid Tavern. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Bartender/Server at The Standard, and from 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at Dean Supply.

Eileen Scott began their educational journey at Villa Angela Academy. Eileen then attended Cuyahoga Community College, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Finally, they attended Cleveland State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
