Daniel Lee

Daniel Lee is currently a Summer Intern at NC IDEA, focusing on pre-seed and seed stage startups, while also serving as the Head of Marketing for classmate, a course scheduling platform with 25,000 users, backed by Launch Chapel Hill and the 1789 Student Venture fund. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where Daniel researched corporate venture capitals and mergers & acquisitions, and an internship at Zeeba Capital in private equity real estate. Additional experience includes a growth role at Ember Learning and a summer fellowship at Launch Chapel Hill. Daniel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Investment Banking at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and is enrolled in the UNC Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship. Education background includes a high school diploma from Leesville Road High School.
