Scott O'Connor is the CEO at DEAR FRANCES, a luxury fashion brand that has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately owned businesses in the UK. Prior to their current role, Scott held various finance positions at Glencore and worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG. Scott holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. Scott also obtained a Certificate of Governance Practices from Chartered Secretaries Australia.
