DearMP is casework software for UK Members of Parliament and their offices. We help staffers respond more fully to constituents by automating the admin.

Every constituency office handles hundreds of emails a day: housing, benefits, immigration, planning, NHS waiting lists. Most are still triaged by hand, wasting valuable time staffers could be helping their constituents. DearMP changes that.

What DearMP does:
- AI-assisted email triage that extracts constituent details, suggests actions, and routes correspondence into cases.
- A fast inbox built for high-volume casework, with cases, constituents, tags, campaigns and surgeries in one place.
- Automatic identification of campaign emails so coordinated messages are handled as a group, not one by one.
- A constituent CRM with postcode and ward verification, plus full case and correspondence history.
- One-click migration from existing platforms including Caseworker, with no data left behind.
- Role-based permissions for office managers, staffers and interns.

How we work:
DearMP is built with caseworkers, not at them. We integrate AI carefully, default to human review, and keep constituents' data on infrastructure that meets UK government and NHS expectations. The platform is Cyber Essentials certified.
