🇺🇦 Andy Peddar

Andy Peddar is a tech entrepreneur and digital strategist with a background in management consulting. 🇺🇦 Andy started their career at Capgemini in 2010 as an Associate Consultant and worked on a consulting project for The Municipality of Rennes. 🇺🇦 Andy then moved to Blueprint Management Systems in 2010 as a Consultant, where they helped pitch for a project at Standard and Poor, managed a project at HP, and worked on an internal project to improve follow-up and sales conversion for each client contacted. In 2011, they returned to Capgemini Consulting as a Management Consultant, where they developed and honed skills in strategy development, planning, business case development, project management, and workshop facilitation. 🇺🇦 Andy also worked as a Marketing Strategy Assistant at KLP in 2009.

In 2013, Andy Peddar began working at A C Peddar Associates as a Management Consultant and at Holiday Inn as a Five Year Strategy Project Manager. In 2014, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Brand Standards Initiative Project Manager (Europe) and in 2016 as Director- Strategy and Planning, Europe Operations. In 2017, they became a Principal Consultant for Transformational Change and Strategic Planning at Rubica: Change & Analytics. Finally, in 2018, they became CEO & Co-founder of Deazy, leading and scaling the company through four funding rounds, including a Series A, totalling £6.

Andy Peddar has a Masters in European Business from ESCP Business School, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Modern Languages (French and Spanish) with Marketing degree from the University of Nottingham in 2009.
