Alexander Gerasiov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Avride since August 2022, Alexander has held the position of Debian Developer at Debian since March 2009. Prior to this, Alexander was a Team Lead for the System Infrastructure Team within the Yandex Self-Driving Group from May 2018 to July 2022. Alexander also contributed as a Senior C++ Developer at Moscow State University from June 2004 to May 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University, obtained between 1999 and 2004, alongside foundational education at ЭФЛ 1502 from 1997 to 1999.
