Anto Recio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital social innovation and project management. Currently serving as the Digital Social Innovation Manager and Project Head at FUNDECYT - Scientific and Technological Park of Extremadura since September 2007, Recio also holds a position as a Board Member at the Startup Europe Regions Network and serves as Coordinator for the Extremadura Digital Innovation Hub (Tech4efficiency) since January 2019. As Director of the Caceres Art and Electronic Music Festival (CLab) and Project Manager for CIDETYS under the Panama government, Recio has demonstrated expertise in managing cultural and technological initiatives. Additional involvement includes roles at Goteo, Debian community, and Ilogic Label, focusing on collective financing, community development, and the intersection of technology and art.
